Giglio Island

The island of Giglio is located in the Tuscan Archipelago. The Tuscan Archipelago is a group of seven major islands, of which the great Priu is the Island of Elba, plus some smaller, dry rocks located between the mainland and Corsica Tuscany. The archipelago is bathed by four seas: the Ligurian Sea north of Elba Island, the Canal of Piombino in the east, the Tyrrhenian Sea to the south and the Channel of Corsica in the west coast of the island. The Corsica Channel and the Channel of Piombino can be considered as a sea link between the Ligurian Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea, respectively west and east of the island.
